Pre-Event Consultation:

• Free with booked event (up to 1 hour)

• Additional consultation: £40/hour

• Videography Rates:

• Full-day rate shoot 1 videographer (up to 8 hours): £800

• Post-Production (Editing):

• Basic editing (up to 1 minute final video) £500

• Advanced editing/effects/graphics (quoted per project)

• Additional Costs:

• Travel expenses (if outside a specified radius): £0.45/mile

• Extra videographer: £800/day

• Drone footage: £200 (varies based on location and permissions)

• Royalty-free music license: £30-£150 (depends on track)

• Deliverables:

• Digital download (included)
